The Head of the Presidential Council Fayez Al-Sirraj met Sunday in Tripoli with the Spanish ambassador to Libya and discussed the reopening of Spain’s embassy as well as the activation of joint commissions, reported Al-Sirraj’s media office…The Spanish ambassador handed Al-Sirraj an invitation by the Prime Minister for a formal visit to Spain and Al-Sirraj agreed, the media office added.
