By means of a decision issued in the evening of Thursday, 23 November 2023, the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Alphonse Charles Wright, appointed Abdoulaye Bademba BARRY as the Acting Director of the Audear Jurisdictionnelle Fund. He will temporarily hold this post until the establishment of the Board of Directors to ensure the operationalization of this body in the light of the urgency and the need for service.

Abdoulaye Bademba Barry is also the current National Director of Proximity Justice and the Promotion of Access to Law. According to the said decision, it will manage these two posts cumulatively. Below is the decision:
